and I know this is only Tuesday with weigh-in day not til Friday... BUT... am back on the wagon paying attention to portions again and exercising again.... yea! a person feels so much better when they "behave" don't you think? let's hope I behave through Friday and then beyond!
had a death in the family last week so what with company and dinners on the go... just didn't do well... I need to learn how to discipline myself even when I'm not on my safe routine...
