Yes, I try to work out everyday for at least 40 minutes. I have an exercise bike and free weights. I weight train 5 days a week and try to get cardio 5 days as well. Also, on the days I don't exercise I work at my job (standing and running around) for 8 hours. I try to get as much activity as I can during the week too. I try and walk to the store whenever I can.
It's been four months and I've lost 20 lbs! It feels great, because I'm halfway to a healthy bmi. I definitely had to fight for this last pound though....it just wouldn't come off! So I changed up my exercise routine and started jogging one day a week again. Somehow it feels better to lose a nice round number.
