My 5 am workouts have taken a backseat to my crazy life. I only have a short time before the kids get up in the morning. If I don't get a workout in then I never get anytime for myself. I have the last few weeks used my "free" time to study and regret not getting a workout in. I would love to do a few walks this summer (5K maybe?) Worried that I am not going to be ready.
