I try to make sure I get enough cardio, strength, and flexibility work. Gets a little tough sometimes, 'cause I work a lot, but I know I need all three to feel good. The Yoga sure helps with stress, and keeps me from getting hurt when I overdo a little on the cardio or the strength.

Way to go! Good job. Don't forget to be attentive to your body. Over doing it is not worth it.
today I got my workout in. I did Zumba wii, Tennis wii, golf wii, and sent got goceries which took an hour of walking today!!!!! That is pretty good I had a bad back for 3 days from Friday until Monday.
