Blogilates always has a monthly calendar of workouts. blogilates.com You have to sign up for a free newsletter to get the calendar.

Also BeFit on youtube has a 30 and 90 day workout plan with different videos.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

I am new (again) to sparkpeople and I have been doing a new and different video everyday. try checking out the videos, they are really good.

I u tube my workouts for home. If I do kettlebells, I watch a video. If I do dumbells, I do the same, also same for: Bootcamp, kickboxing, taebo etc.... Also try the library..

Spark has tons of free videos! You can also find a bunch on Youtube. I don't know anything that gives you a set video because everybody has different needs, but I think you can find a wide variety just by searching the web.

Does anyone know of a free workout program online that gives you different videos everyday? Im currently using fitness blender videos I love them but I am never sure what video to do because I like different ones everyday. So didn't know of anyone knew of a free website that has different ones to play everyday pre scheduled
