recently I've been listening to a Stephen King book (Under the Dome)
when I do listen to music, I have several play lists. I have maybe 10 different running lists. I try to mix up the tempo to get in some sprint intervals.
And I have playlists for races. I'll time one of my favorite motivating tunes to pop up when I usually hit those "I don't know if I can keep running" feelings. Songs like -
