recently I've been listening to a Stephen King book (Under the Dome)
when I do listen to music, I have several play lists. I have maybe 10 different running lists. I try to mix up the tempo to get in some sprint intervals.
And I have playlists for races. I'll time one of my favorite motivating tunes to pop up when I usually hit those "I don't know if I can keep running" feelings. Songs like - The Distance - Cake Runnin' Down a Dream or You Wreck Me - Tom Petty My Body - Young the Giant Perfect Situation or I Want You To - Weezer several songs by The Airborne Toxic Event, The Killers, Beck, Green Day, The Offspring

Love Hip Hop or Zumba Fitness... the beats totally motivate and push me to work out harder!
What does everyone like to listen to during their workouts? I personally enjoy anything rock related- usually the harder the better. Seems to push me even harder with the "angry music" as my friends call it :)
