recently I've been listening to a Stephen King book (Under the Dome)

when I do listen to music, I have several play lists. I have maybe 10 different running lists. I try to mix up the tempo to get in some sprint intervals.

And I have playlists for races. I'll time one of my favorite motivating tunes to pop up when I usually hit those "I don't know if I can keep running" feelings. Songs like -
The Distance - Cake
Runnin' Down a Dream or You Wreck Me - Tom Petty
My Body - Young the Giant
Perfect Situation or I Want You To - Weezer
several songs by The Airborne Toxic Event, The Killers, Beck, Green Day, The Offspring

I usually choose upbeat music. Lately, when I run, I haven't even been listening to music.

What does everyone like to listen to during their workouts? I personally enjoy anything rock related- usually the harder the better. Seems to push me even harder with the "angry music" as my friends call it :)
