make sure your pants have a drawstring. And maybe a higher rise. I have a pair of capris that are supposed to be worn folded over at the top. I started wearing them unfolded when I was pg and never stopped doing so, it holds everything in.

Every time I work out, my pants fall below my stomach. If I got a smaller size, they would not fit my behind. I have Danskin (2x) from Target, and Old Navy(2x).

Also I hate the way my stomach slaps up and down when I jog on the treadmill, jump rope and do jumping jacks. Any suggestions??
