You know even after i had my 2nd baby i still was a size 7 when i got out the Military the first time i was really depressed and that's when the weight gain started...

that's exactly the problem I have-- too much belly fat. Sigh. It is the curse of womanhood.

Mine's not from partying; it's from the other thing that keeps you up all night and makes you puke in the morning-- having babies! LMBO

I have a decent amount of muscle, however i need to get rid of the flab and muffin top. Which i believe can from to much partying.

I think it would totally depend on your build and how much you work on muscle tone.

The last time I weighed as much as I do now, I was in a 16W. Now I'm in a 14 and last week I zipped a 12 once. LOL. I've just got a lot more muscle now so I'm smaller, but my weight is the same.

I am a size 10 in jeans and want to be get down to a size 7, does an body know how many sizes down that would be Pounds wise?
