Thank you....i didnt think to look at it as a 24 hr period and not a specific calendar day

I think as long as you log the same 24 hour period it should not matter. That is just my opinion. I think you need to do what works for you. 24 hours is your day, no matter when it starts and ends for you.

I start recording as a new day? Im having difficulty with this...i know technically i start a new day at 12am but with it kinda being like afternoon to me i get confused...i hope i am making sense..this is my first bit of help since joining that i am asking for...
