I work m-f, official hours are 8-4:30, I'm usually there by 7:45. I'm up at 4:15-4:30. I workout at home, usually until a little before 6, depending on what I'm doing. (I do a mix of runs on the treadmill, ST, ab and butt videos and cardio videos.) At some point my almost 4 year old wakes up or I wake her up, and I shower and get ready, get her a snack and get her ready. I pack lunches for myself and my husband if necessary and breakfast for myself. I get my 12 year old up as well. We're usually out the door between 7 and 7:15.

Monday thru Friday, get up at 4 am. Gym 5 - 7am, back home then to get kids and myself ready for work and school. Weekends, exercise when time permits.

Monday - work job #1 from 6-10:30 am, run during break at work, after or in the evening, depending on schedule. Tuesday - run at 6 am, work job #2 from 4-9 pm Wednesday - job #1 from 6-10:30, rest day/run/ST (depends what I haven't done) during breaks at work. work job #3 from 3-6:30 pm Thursday - run at 6 am, job #2 from 4-9 pm. Friday - work job #1 from 6-10:30, ST during breaks at work. Saturday - run 2-3 hours, no work. Sunday - run 30-50 min, no work.
