I work the night shift then go immediately to school after. The only thing that is keeping me from straying is preplanning meals and timing, and keeping staples. I usually split my dinner into two and eat one portion around 3 and then the other at 6 (I work 11-7).
Each day is a single day of meals/calories. Don't under eat to make up for over eating on a previous day. Preplanning is vitally important when you work night shift.

I am wondering how I'm suppose to eat the allotted calories on Sunday when I spend about half the day sleeping.....should I save all the calories that I over eat on Friday because I'm basically up for extra meals
