Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here, make a sparkpage and then join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I am adding a couple of links to teams you may find helpful but I recommend you use the team search bar and type in your hobbies/interests or the first number of your age followed by 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

I am having difficulty losing any weight as I track food intake since I am recovering from an auto accident. I was on foot and helping someone else when a second car struck the first car and that car hit me before I could get far enough out of the way. So I track my food, limit carbs (this is hard) and try to lose a bit of weight while I wait for things to heal. Anyone have any ideas to help me lose?
