I am having difficulty losing any weight as I track food intake since I am recovering from an auto accident. I was on foot and helping someone else when a second car struck the first car and that car hit me before I could get far enough out of the way. So I track my food, limit carbs (this is hard) and try to lose a bit of weight while I wait for things to heal. Anyone have any ideas to help me lose?
