Several times when I've forgotten to exercise I do it before bed.
Has not affected my sleep & I'm always glad I've gotten exercise in.
I use our Total Gym - bought used for $50.

I love working out. It's the easy part to maintain. I am also quite happy that I finally got my full-time job schedule back to 8 to 4:30. I can go to the evening classes I prefer now.

I find if I do my workout in the morning, then I have no excuse not too. I work full time, which means I have to get up early to get this done.

Gave up my gym membership...no improvements. Loved to work out. But I see no changes. Hard to get motivated, but wish you all the best.
