Just my take, but because ST is more of an anaerobic (not in the presence of oxygen) activity and does not expend anywhere near the calories that cardio activity does, I don't count the calories burn as the amount would be low. I consider ST activities a bonus.

St tracker is the one asking how many calories I have burned. I do not know how many calories I burned.

EROSE,

You may want to use the general low impact aerobics option for the wi fit. As for the strength training, you can look up each ST exercise that you do and add them to your ST tracker and it will determine your calories burn figure for you.

I hope this helps!

wi fit free step counted steps and there is three difference speeds you can going. The first counts up to 2400 steps in 30 minutes, like last counts up to 3000 steps in 30 minutes. So the calories will be difference.
Some the Strength training exercises ask for how many calories you burn, I do not know burn.
