I don't know about anyone else, but I know after I do a workout that is more intense than I'm used to I feel this exhilarated rush for about 30 min - an hour and then I crash. If I sit I wont get up for hours so I make sure to keep up and doing things (usually I will go to the store or something so my couch/bed aren't tempting me). After an hour or two I tend to feel more "normal" again but I do go to bed an hour early and sleep like a baby :)

I finished doing an 8 minute cardio interval which was great. I felt fine afterwards. About 20 minutes or so I was hungry so I ate a Nature Valley chewy protein bar with peanuts, almonds and dark chocolate. About ten minutes later I now feel like I could go lay down. What is this? Am I feeling this way from the workout or am I feeling this way because I ate this protein bar? Can anyone give advice? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
