Stick with it, and give yourself time. Are you drinking the 8 glasses of water daily, exercising 3-5 times a week, and staying within your calorie range for each day? Be patient...stay on the program, and you will lose weight.

Hi i'm gloria; I've hit a plateau early in my process. I began spark coach about 3 weeks ago. lost 3 lbs the first week and nothing since. I feel better and tracking is easier , I'm new to the computer so I mess up a lot especially with [community] messages or postings. I'm working the patience and perseverence kind of mind. hoping for the best. anybody have any suggestions.
