My daughter who showed Spark.com to me last spring. She's lost almost 60 pounds and is still going.

I don't pay attention to celebrities... but I'm inspired by fictional characters, hehe :D Mostly Togemon (in my icon) from Digimon and Sailor Pluto and Sailor Juno from Sailor Moon.

I don't have one.

I love Judge Judy. The Williams sisters inspire me.

Kirstie Alley: and let me tell you why. She has had her ups and downs with her weight and the whole time having to deal with people bashing her and judging her. And she still did it and did it the healthy way. She's amazing and is REAL.
Oh yeah and I absolutely love Jamie Lee Curtis. Instead of running to needles and junk she embraces her age and is true to who she is. She doesn't even color her hair! And I think she looks awesome and is my favorite actor on the planet.
These ladies inspire me to be healthy and to do this the healthy way.

I'm not talking about God, kids, parents, favorite coach from HS. I am just curious about your celeb inspirations. I saved pics of mine to remind me that a woman of these ages can look healthy and fit so could I.

My inspirations are Judge Judy Scheindling and Sally Field as well as Catherine Zita Jones. Honorable mentions: Diane Keaton, Angela Basset and Jamie Lee Curtis.

You know, I'm sure some of these ladies may have had some work done...but not one of them looks like they have gone to any artificial extremes. They are all very fit and imo have aged very gracefully. That is why they are inspirational to me.
