I work as a day care teacher for 2 and 3 year old children and I have had the most stressful work week that I have had in a long-long time. My feet are on fire, my body is tense, my head is achy. I know that a lot of you all must feel the same way after a long day at work, then we come home to the realization that work wasn't enough, and we still have to spend time and energy on exercise... uhhh, I don't know where my energy to get this done is going to come from. Hopefully the pb&j sandwich and almond milk late will help. I feel like skipping it, so I went and logged my exercise into my tracker already to make me more accountable. Ha!
