I know how you feel! I worked at a YMCA in the toddler room, and there were MANY days after work I just didn't feel like getting my sweat on. Fortunately since it was at the Y, I would always pack my gym bag and take it with me into the room so it was already there waiting. The convenience of the fitness center being in the same building definitely helped!

I do and I actually prefer it. I run after work twice a week. And I used to go to classes after work, too, but then my schedule changed and I can't get to the 5:30 PM class anymore so I am stuck going to the 5:15 AM class twice a week now. I feel I get a better work out after work because I am more awake.

I work as a day care teacher for 2 and 3 year old children and I have had the most stressful work week that I have had in a long-long time. My feet are on fire, my body is tense, my head is achy. I know that a lot of you all must feel the same way after a long day at work, then we come home to the realization that work wasn't enough, and we still have to spend time and energy on exercise... uhhh, I don't know where my energy to get this done is going to come from. Hopefully the pb&j sandwich and almond milk late will help. I feel like skipping it, so I went and logged my exercise into my tracker already to make me more accountable. Ha! emoticon
