Umm, I have a Yoga Booty DVD. It's good, a great workout. I don't know what type of yoga it is.

I do Iyengar yoga. It is an incredibly effective and specific way to meet daily challenges with joy!

Hatha Yoga. I've followed B.K.S. IYENGAR who is now 94, for over 30 yrs. RODNEY YEE is one of his instructors and has wonderful videos. Patricia Walden is also one of his instructors and I like her videos but Rodney is just easier to follow.

I recently tried a 30 day yoga challenge in my area where all types of yoga were performed. I preferred yin yoga. It incorporates prolonged stretches.
