I would like to be 79 1/2 pounds down....but...since my weight loss has slowed dramatically...I can only hope for 12 pounds down...because that is what I have been averaging..but that is better than nothing!
HEALTHY AND ACTIVE! WHICH MEANS I WOULD HAVE LOST MUCH MORE WEIGHT, HAD MY KNEES REPLACED, RECOVERED AND CAN PARTAKE IN REGULAR ACTIVITIES, LIKE WALKING, MY OWN GROCERY SHOPPING LAUNDRY AND GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS!!

I am in one year going to be in control of being fit by not just working out to lose weight ,but for the overall of doing it for my health. I am going to be fully aware that by eating just to eat will never make me healthy. I am going to be free of things that have cluttered my life,I am not going to be hanging on to things,just to have them.I want to set goals & follow them.
