In it we wrote down where we'd like to be in a year. Our lists are similar: 80lbs thinner, less clutter, and consistant cleaning routines.

I would like to be 30 pounds lighter next year. I would also like to be in good shape, take less medication and have great 3 month check ups at the doctor.

I would like to be 79 1/2 pounds down....but...since my weight loss has slowed dramatically...I can only hope for 12 pounds down...because that is what I have been averaging..but that is better than nothing!
HEALTHY AND ACTIVE! WHICH MEANS I WOULD HAVE LOST MUCH MORE WEIGHT, HAD MY KNEES REPLACED, RECOVERED AND CAN PARTAKE IN REGULAR ACTIVITIES, LIKE WALKING, MY OWN GROCERY SHOPPING LAUNDRY AND GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS!!

In a year I want to have increased my strength and decreased my body fat to 20% or less. I want to be more toned overall.
Professionally, I want my new venture to have developed solid traction and personally I want to have had the time and energy to put towards some volunteer activities that are calling to me.

Not so stressed. Having health insurance. Family happy and well. Parents still alive.
Oh, did you just mean stuff about my body? Yeah, that's why I'm on SP, so: to be healthy and fit and not NEED health insurance, and to set a good example for my kids/ nieces/nephews/parents.
I just found out tonight (abruptly) that my brother-in-law's girlfriend died suddenly. Blood clot or something like that. She was in her 40's.

I am in one year going to be in control of being fit by not just working out to lose weight ,but for the overall of doing it for my health. I am going to be fully aware that by eating just to eat will never make me healthy. I am going to be free of things that have cluttered my life,I am not going to be hanging on to things,just to have them.I want to set goals & follow them.
