Hi, welcome to SP! I would suggest joining a sparkteam...its a great way to get and give motivation, advice and encouragment.

Go to the top of the page, put your cursor over "community" then click on Sparkteams in the drop down box...Then you can search for one with like interests and/or goals...hope that helps!
