I love Bodycombat, it is such a stress reliever for me. I love most the Les Mils classes. They are so good and challenging. Bodypump has really changed my body as well. I have always been a fan of step classes too, they are fun.
Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.

I just finished a 6 week Insanity class at my gym (12 total classes) and it was fun. I also enjoy Body Pump, Total Body Conditioning, and Spinning. My gym offers an awesome boot camp but I can't go anymore because I get off work too late.
