The fat-free fudgicles are satisfying for me. A small (frozen) bagel w/ fat-free cream cheese & sugar free preserves is good too. Or yogurt. Or even bran flakes w/skim milk.

But I'm trying to not eat after 8pm ~ reading this food page is kinda helping to satisfy my food thoughts emoticon

homemade pica de gallo w/ tortilla chips is my fav, but most likely I'll eat something a bit less heavy in the sodium category...greek yogurt w/ flaxseed is delicious!

I have an individual servings of Greek Yogurt with Honey (Oikos Brand in Canada anyway). It's like 80 calories and 10g protein. Creamy and sweet it works for me. Anything salty makes me want more.

Just had 6 oz non-fat vanilla sugar free yogurt with Kashi Go Lean mixed in (about .66 serving). Sweet and crunchy.

I'm a veggie lover so I like to just cut up celery, carrots and cucumber and have them with my homemade low-fat buttermilk ranch dressing.

Or popcorn! But I see you already have that covered!

Thanks for all the great ideas. I have found some mini-sweet bell peppers at Sam's that are delicious! I like them with Marzetti's fat free ranch veggie dip. Yum!

I just discovered kale chips, which are an amazing way to fool your body when you are craving something salty/crunchy. Here's a link to a video that explains how to make them: You can do the same sort of thing to make beet chips.

This is a wonderful time of year for apples, so a snack I often enjoy is an apple sliced up into many slices and a tablespoon of peanut butter. I create a moment of it, and I use a small cheese knife to spread a slice with a little peanut butter, and then eat it. Then I repeat with the next slice. It makes me eat more slowly and appreciatively. The mix of sweetness, creaminess and crunchiness satisfies me.

I am a nighttime snacker. I try not to eat too heavy or too late, but am often in a quandry as to what to have for a snack before bedtime. I sleep much better when I have a small, healthy snack. My "go to" when all else fails in popcorn, but I would like suggestions for tonight especially since my calories etc; are limited based on the following:

My Daily Goal:

1,200 - 1,550 163 - 236 32 - 56 60 - 127

Remaining Today:

0 - 341 9 - 82 2 - 26 0 - 40

I did work out today and burned an additional 631 calories.
