I have the same problem. Do a lot of cardio but what targets weight loss to thighs are squats and lunges and burpees. Do 3 sets of 15 every alternating day.

My main problem area is my thighs and I would really like some workouts that target that area. I already do some cardio like swimming and dancing but I haven't really noticed a difference yet, even though I have been doing it for just over a month. I have lost weight, but none in my thighs. Thank you to anyone who can help!
