1. To wake up without hitting snooze
2. Not to mindlessly snack in the evening
3. Walk at least 10 minutes a day

i'm new to sparkcoach and have recently made my fastbreak goals. They are:
1. eat 2 fruits and/or veggies per day
2. go to the gym 3x per week
3. write in a journal 3x/week
