What do you do when you have no energy to do anything? I did go to the gym and walk on the tread mill for 35 minutes then did some upper and lower body workout but now I don't want to do anything. I didn't have breakfast so when I got home from the gym I did some laundry and did the floors then heated up a lean cuisine but still hungry. Gonna wait for lunch time and eat real food. Please help and let me know how to get more energy I want to go and do some cardio but not sure I'm gonna.
