My future. I know that sounds cheesy, but knowing that every smart choice that I make prepares my body for healthy children and allows me to live a longer life with my soon-to-be-husband!
I want to live as much as a quality life that i can and for as long as i can !

Knowing that all of the effort and determination is to reach a goal that's just for me, a little gift to myself. Feeling pride and satisfaction in what I can do to make myself happy is enough motivation to keep on truckin'.

My health has been the most pressing issue. Now it is defined as health/fitness. As my fitness improves I feel healthier even though I face the same conditions.

Health - I have seen some people in my family suffer because of weight and I do not want to get to that point.

I have to give two things- I want to be an inspiration to my daughter. And my other motivation is getting into my old size 27 pair of Bebe jeans.

I have my favorite pair of shorts hanging from my closet door in my room. I see them daily and know this is what I am working for. It will be 20-30 lbs before I can wear them... but it will be worth it once I am!

Things that motivate me include Ruby, The Biggest Loser (when they don't throw the weigh in) Too Fat for 15, Spark blogs for motivation and putting my own 2 positives onto any negative thoughts that I may have. I really want to accomplish my goals and last night I started working on my motivation poster, its not complete, but its a work in progress.
I always picture the end goal and realize that if I just follow the plan, that I will achieve that goal. I have to remind myself not to get lost in the details or each choice, I just have to follow the plan that I made for myself when I WASN'T feeling emotional and just follow it. With time and commitment, I will achieve my end goal :)
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
