I LOVE the seated upper body and the seated core videos. I am dealing with a hernia, so I cannot physically do crunches and lower ab stuff on the floor, but I REALLY want to get my abdominal muscles in order as I lose weight! Even at 230 before I had kids, I barely had a gut! I want a barely-gut back! LOL!

I like the 10 min jumprope. It goes fast and you get a good cardo workout.
