Step Counter 2.0 has Stats, charts, stop/start, speed, calories burned, and choices of exercise types. This app has a reset button and one can hit "reset" each morning when your feet hit the floor! :)

The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing. Anything unattempted remains impossible. To get what you want, stop doing what isn't working. An investment in teaching will always pay the best interest for mankind's future.

I was wondering the same thing. I only have an iPod touch 4, which means I can only get apps that require iOs 6.0 or earlier, which sucks until I can get the 5 in a few months... I was really disappointed that I couldn't even download the Spark People app, but I'm glad their mobile site lets me do the basic things.

I love Lost it......It tracks my food I eat and my workouts. It also has a web site with message boards too.

I have a app called, "Lorna Jane" .. and everytime I go out for a walk - I just start that app and it tracks the time & the calories burned. It does walk, run and cycle. At the end .. it even has a cute map of what you've done. :) I like it. :)

I use an app called Movn on android. it lets you set how much you want to move every day and tracks how much activity you get during the day. The best part about the app is it nudges you with motivational messages throughout the day on ways you can stay active. when i first downloaded the app i was moving for about 20 minutes everyday, now i get up to 60 minutes on average. check it out at www.getmovn.com.

Nike Training Club is great! It has lots of different workouts to choose from, and you can listen to your music or play pandora while you're exercising. Very convenient!
