Hello GLORAGNYNY,

Have you heard of BMI (Bady Mass Index)?

Well BMI (Body mass index) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

These are the BMI Categories:

Underweight = less then 18.5
Normal Weight = 18.5 to 24.9
Overweight = 25 to 29.9
Obesity = 30 and above

You can go to your MySpark and click on "CHANGE DIET GOALS" where you'll see your BMI chart. From your BMI you'll know what your weight should be.

Good luck emoticon

Globug,

I am 53 and 5'6". My weight goal is 135. The chart says I can weigh between 125 and 155. To me, I don't feel right at 125 - to thin, no energy. 155 leaves to many buldges on my body. At 135 I have energy and I am happy with what I see. that is the ultimate good weight for me. What you should weight is where you feel good and look good to yourself. That is what I think.

Pam
