It's basically a push-up without the push. You get into that position and just hold. It sounds easy, but for me it's way harder than push-ups!

In the "Thanksgiving Survival Guide" there were ideas listed to help and this one was one of them. "Plank hold—while reheating food. Hold for 30 seconds and work up to 3 minutes." WHAT is a Plank hold? ? ?
