I didn't stay on track yesterday. Posting how I am doing throughout the day will help me stay focused.

really want to do something about my health and have more responsibility towards my body and the way I treat it. It is a gift from Jehovah God, I need to protect it and not abuse it by constant overeating. I really want to show respect for this gift and for the One who gave it to me.
