I don't eat potato chips because I can eat a huge bag so I don't even bother to buy the small ones because the fat isn't worth the calories in the end. I adore homemade dulce de leche so I never make it.

Birthday cakes, creamy gravies, fried foods, Mexican food. I do my best to stay away from all but the Mexican food....that's a staple around here.

Cheese. I could possibly go completely vegan if I didn't have such a strong love of cheese, especially sharp cheeses like cheddar, bleu, or gorgonzola. I can do just fine with beans and rice, produce galore, nuts, seeds, but I love cheese.

I gain extreme comfort and satisfaction from chocolate, and ice cream, always have and always will, just try to eat limited amounts now, but still, they are a must for daily sanity, which I can't get from any other person, place, thing, religion, love, group, etc.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

My weakness is macaroni & cheese,potatoes & breads. I have a hard time when wanting more to stop .I love carb's they love my lips & stays on my hips!!!!!!
