any combo of the following: filtered water, nut milks, nut butters, any green i can lay my hands on, assorted fruits, acai powder, liquid kelp, complex c powder, camu, chia seeds, flax seeds, assorted nuts and seeds, veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, raw honey, grade b maple syrup, green stevia powder, broccoli, extracts such as vanilla, coffee, almond, mint or mint leaves.

I try to keep it as low cal as possible, so I put in .5 cup fat free yogurt .5 cup skim milk .5 cup frozen fruit The some sugar free flavored syrup
Frozen fruit: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, pineapple & mango plus kefir, lemon-flavored fish oil, either ground flax seed or chia seeds, cashew butter & 2 drops of vitamin D drops. If needed I thin with homemade coconut milk (more consistency of water). YUMMERS!!!

Protein powder (whatever flavor we have), almond milk, and various fruits. We rarely do smoothies, but they are a nice treat.

I usually do good karma flax milk ( omega 3) some pineapple chunks and a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
