1 serving of protein powder (usually strawberry or vanilla)
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Vegegreens powder
1 tsp fish oil
1 cup water

Very filling. And all you can taste are the berries.

Scoop of vanilla protein powder, frozen banana, tbsp of peanut butter, some ice, 1/2 cup coconut milk. So so so yummy! Sometimes I add a handful of spinach too.

I don't make them often, but when I do:

lowfat Greek yogurt and kiwis (and berries if I have any).

Does that even count as a smoothie? I don't use milk because I like it to be reallllly thick, like frozen yogurt. And I eat it with a spoon. So maybe I shouldn't even be posting on this thread. emoticon emoticon

Protein powder (whatever flavor we have), almond milk, and various fruits.
We rarely do smoothies, but they are a nice treat.
