I generally don't read "health" books too much conflicting information.

I just finished Drinking and Tweeting and other Brandi Blunders. I guess I will read something serious like Jane Eyre next.

"The Five Love Languages" by Gary Chapman

It not only helps to improve your relationship with your significant other, but it also allows you to apply what you are learning to others in your life. It makes great sense! I highly recommend it. My daughter recommended it to me.

well this book isn't a "diet" book but anyways.

but that books sounds interesting. I know that exercise works your brain, especially learning new things like dance.

I am sick and tired of diet books, because there are the nonsense ones and there are the more reasonable ones but essentially they talk about controlling the calories taken in while keeping the body well nourished. Nothing I don't know already. So I am done with them.

I am more into exercise books nowadays. The most interesting I have read so far was www.amazon.com/Spark-Revolutionary-Science

what health related book are you reading?

right now I'm reading "Healthy at Every Weight" and its very insightful. so far so good its quite interesting.
