I started walking and doing exercises at home again. Yesterday I went for day 1 of my Curves trial period.

When things are crazy (I have two kids, 1 y.o. and 2 y.o.) I go outside for a walk. It calms me, and it calms and quiets the kids. Short or long walk, I still feel better that I got out for a short bit and got a little exercise into my crazy schedule.
I walk for 20-30 mins each day. If the weather is bad I work on my glider for the same time. I also use my hand weights for about 8-10 mins. Those are my goals which I try to attain at least 5 times per week . Some weeks things don't go as well as planned.

Piloxing 2-3 times a week, treadmill, swim 3-4 times a week for 40-60 mins depending on how much time i have

Playing outside with kids (weather permitting). Spin class 1x a week, a strength training/circuit training type of class 1x week and try to get in one or two 30-45 min sessions either walking/jogging outside or on treadmill or 30-45 min on the elliptical.
Walking at moderate pace for 35 - 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. Stationery bike 5 to 7 times a week for 35-40 minutes at moderate pace. I'm getting in some jogging while walking working my way back up to running.
stretching, walking, stationary bike, and SP videos. Love those things! Cheap and easy for those of us with limited budgets.

I take classes at my gym, mostly.
1) Heart Pumpin, which is a half hour long HIIT class 2) Abs - twice a week core workout 3) Boot Camp - never know what it's going to be, but it will always suck and leave me incredibly breathless. Running, jumping, pushups, running up a hill, burpees, whatever... it will suck. 4) Tight and Tone - all over body strength 5) Body blast - a little bit of everything. 6) Yoga - just added this. Love it!
On top of all of his, I try to run at least three times per week, a walk/run by myself at night from 30-45 minutes, thanks to Zombies, Run!

Strength Training, Cardio, Thai Chi, Walking, Belly Dancing for shaping the body. I mix them up to make it interesting. I hate boring exercise.

I am following a lot of Coach Nichole's online videos, daily calisthenics, circuit training in the gym and tracking EVERYTHING (food and exercise and goals.) It's working, even though I do very moderate cardio (no running, outdoor walking, jumping, etc.) May God bless your success on this journey we all share!
