my fitness varies between the gym with strength training, elliptical, bike, etc. and home activities like heavy-duty yard work, cleaning, riding bikes, hiking, etc.... emoticon

I am walking 3 times per week for about 45 mins to 1hr. I usually lift my hand weights when I get back

Walking, but I bought a membership at a health club with a heated pool and water aerobics. If I run real fast, no one will see my body in a swimsuit!

My company has a gym and I go during my lunch 5 days week. (M-F) Afterwork 4 days a week I for a nature walk along the bay for about 1 hour. Love the fresh air.

When things are crazy (I have two kids, 1 y.o. and 2 y.o.) I go outside for a walk. It calms me, and it calms and quiets the kids. Short or long walk, I still feel better that I got out for a short bit and got a little exercise into my crazy schedule.

I go to the YMCA twice a week for an aerobic/kickboxing class and I try to walk every day for an hour.

I walk every day.
But I am trying to add bike riding, light free weights, some at home pilates mat work.

I also started ushering as a hobby and when seating up a sweat going up and down the steps in the balcony!

Phew! (I think that is the best work out actually)

I mix it up but my favorite cardios are running, power walking, and biking....I have to force myself to do strength training but I do it anyway!

I walk for 20-30 mins each day. If the weather is bad I work on my glider for the same time.
I also use my hand weights for about 8-10 mins. Those are my goals which I try to attain at least 5 times per week . Some weeks things don't go as well as planned.

Playing outside with kids (weather permitting). Spin class 1x a week, a strength training/circuit training type of class 1x week and try to get in one or two 30-45 min sessions either walking/jogging outside or on treadmill or 30-45 min on the elliptical.

Walking at moderate pace for 35 - 45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. Stationery bike 5 to 7 times a week for 35-40 minutes at moderate pace. I'm getting in some jogging while walking working my way back up to running.

Mixes of walking, roadmarching, aerobics classes, and yoga. 1 hour of exercise minimum a day, some days 2 hrs.

Mondays I have belly dancing at night and sometimes do Bodycombat during the day.

Tuesdays I have Bodyvive class and then Sh'Bam (an aerobics dance class like Zumba) right after it for 2 hours of cardio.

Wednesday is Bodyvive in the morning and belly dance at night.

Thursday is sometimes Bodyvive, sometimes a walk or roadmarching.

Friday is yoga in the morning and Zumba at night.

Saturday is a walk or Bodycombat.

Sunday is either just yoga or Sh'Bam then yoga directly after it.

Every once in a while the spouse comes with me to the gym and we mix in weight lifting, too.

I'm training to run my first 5k. I go to the hum and workout from home, zumba, and belly dance. I like to keep it interesting so I don't get bored.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!

I take classes at my gym, mostly.

1) Heart Pumpin, which is a half hour long HIIT class
2) Abs - twice a week core workout
3) Boot Camp - never know what it's going to be, but it will always suck and leave me incredibly breathless. Running, jumping, pushups, running up a hill, burpees, whatever... it will suck.
4) Tight and Tone - all over body strength
5) Body blast - a little bit of everything.
6) Yoga - just added this. Love it!

On top of all of his, I try to run at least three times per week, a walk/run by myself at night from 30-45 minutes, thanks to Zombies, Run!

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

Strength Training, Cardio, Thai Chi, Walking, Belly Dancing for shaping the body. I mix them up to make it interesting. I hate boring exercise.

I am following a lot of Coach Nichole's online videos, daily calisthenics, circuit training in the gym and tracking EVERYTHING (food and exercise and goals.) It's working, even though I do very moderate cardio (no running, outdoor walking, jumping, etc.) May God bless your success on this journey we all share! emoticon
