I have done a variety of things. Currently, I run, strength train, spinning and some cardio. I do machines and I also have some boot camp style and interval workouts I do at home. Oh, and yoga.

In the past when my schedule allowed I did a fabulous boot camp. I miss that class! It's still going; I just can't make it as I work a different job that gets too late. I have tried Zumba but I didn't care for it. I also did some drop in classes at my gym but am taking a break from them.

I love Tabata training. I alternate between running on my treadmill and my 15 lb. kettlebell.

Walk, run, hike, riding my bike, strength training. I really enjoy using the rowing machine at the gym and I hope to have one at home one day so that I can do away with the gym membership.

It all depends on your personal preferences. I personally enjoy swimming because its easy on the body and also is relaxing.

i do more of a circuit training/hiit/surge routine. I am usually done in 12-15 minutes.

Zumba, Body Toning, Kettlebells, Turbo Fire, Hip Hop ABS, Belly Dancing just to name a few. I like having lots of variety to keep from getting bored.

A lot of Spark videos here. I still use Nicole's Jump Rope to do HIIT.
A lot of videos by Jillian Micheal's; 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
I did a few Denise Austin aerobic videos on youtube. ;)

I stick to my 2 favourites for cardio right now that I've done for nearly a year. Creature of habit I guess and that's Jump rope w/Coach Nicole (although I make modifications to make it more advanced) and BFBM with JM (again, I modify it to make it more advanced). BFBM is circuits of kickboxing, high knees, butt kicks, jumping jacks, cross country skiing, mountain climbers, skaters, etc. I can't stick to repetitive cardio, I find it gets boring. I like circuits and these are high intensity moves that really get the heart rate up.

Can you clue us in as to what you are doing now so we can make suggestions. Are you going to a gym? Do you run? Do you walk? Cycle? Swim? Zumba?
