Congrats on your first week! I'm at the end of mine too.

The food scale is a must - I am horrible and guesstimating portion sizes and it makes a big difference. I even went and bought extra measuring cups and spoons so I wouldn't run out :D

A food scale is really nice, especially if you're cooking for yourself, and it really helps with portion control.

have used this first week 2 track all I eat and drink w/out following a guided food plan yet. so far I've learned that I need a food scale and I need to download the tracking apps to make it easier to record what I'm doing. suprised to learn that I'm not getting enough protein on some days. made me realize that i probably wasn't getting enough fluids either. wake up call!
