I'm glad that you've found things that work for you. However, they might not work for everyone. The problem is that the media tends to cherry pick sensational bits and pieces of information whenever a new "study" is released. I've read the articles that said that eating hot sauce or hot food "might" help a person lose weight. But, there really is no hard evidence. The data is inconclusive. Which is the problem with all these different studies. That's why some things might work for some people, but not all.
Everyone seems to have a cure for obesity and yet, there is still an obesity problem in the United States. Unfortunately, there really is no fast way to take the weight off and keep it off. I wish there were. Weight loss really is a slow steady process that takes time.
You've done a fantastic job. Congratulations on your own successful journey !

hiii heather ... yu unique individual...we a re all not created equal!!! im fifty menapausal and low thyroid........i have been on spark for almost seven months and my goal is to lose weight.. this is what works for me.. placebo or not.. i tried 2400 cals and noticed nothing worked till i reached this number... its doable..and sustainable for me......i need to lose at least another eighty pounds. soooooo wish me luck and i wish yu success with yur methods too.. i have read many of yur comments and have found them inspiring.....
this time i will do it...

I'm sorry, but neither sensa nor respberry ketones have been shown to have any effect in humans; with the ketones, there's been ONE study done, on mice... it hasn't been tested at all in people. Sensa's a total scam. Any effect it may have is purely placebo.
You are also undereating... if you're eating under 1,000 calories per day, that's not enough to support your body's needs, and you are likely slowing your body.

hi !!! things i do that rrreally help... sprinkle sensa in my water...especially as im cooking..before i eat.. try sugar free jello in yur water a few sprinkles for flavor.. hot sauce, wasabi peas- raise yur metabolism... rasberry ketone vitamins, vitamin d, walk for thirty minutes... Do some or do it alll !!!!....i rrreally try to keep under a thousand calories a day... if i can do it so can yu...i was 360 pounds last year....real food makes yu full... try to get beans,chicken,turkey. protein, yogurt, fruit, strawberrrys r soo filling.. apples...goood luck to yuuuu......i know some days r hard..when it seems like nothing is happening..
