I LOVE Chipotle. Seriously I could eat it every day if I could afford it. Sadly I'm limited to once a week. I had it yesterday :)
I get to leave work at noon (20 more minutes!) so I'm going to make some english muffin pizzas at home for lunch, to use up the last little bit of pasta sauce in the fridge. I'm flying home to CA tonight for the weekend so don't want to have too many leftovers in the fridge.

lunch today was a mix of quinoa and brown rice, some diced chicken, a little cream of mushroom with garlic, and LOTS of coarse black pepper. It was so good!
I'm running sprints tonight also. I may do some upper body weights (did legs last night).

about to go to chipotle for lunch with some friends! I'm getting my usual- salad with NO dressing just chicken or steak, veggies, and salsa (instead of dressing). i also get a little guacamole on the side for some healthy fats :) its delicious and under 300 calories! later, my workout will consist of some running intervals on the treadmill for 2-3 miles then some strength training followed by 10-20 minutes of the stair master! how about you all!? have a great day. stay positive and strong
