Hi Crysti and WELCOME!!! Everything on Spark is helpful, but my suggestion is that you use the nutrition and fitness trackers daily. it only takes a minute to enter your meal or workout. Start slow..thats what Fast Break is all about. pick 3 goals..they can be anything...drink 8 cups of water today. Walk for 5 minutes every day. No soda of any kind. post a positive message on a fellow spakerpersons page ANYTHING!!! then stick to them. That will be your base...then you can add. perhaps add another 5 minutes of walking. cut down on sodium...whatever you need to use for goals.

Hello,,I am new to spark people and am an over weight mom at least by 30 pounds,I am in desperate need to get back in shape and to run and play with my kids and not be so sluggish,,what is the best tips that you can give me to achieving my goal as I am having a hard time getting motivated and committed and what is the best things i can use spark people for to help me out,,,any advice you give is so more than appreciated,,thank you in advance,:)
