Baked potato and egg certainly is NOT weird. LOL. That's like a healthier version of home fries and eggs. I love warm pb on vanilla or chocolate ice cream, but haven't done that for a while. I started loving bagels dipped in olive oil and white wine vinegar when my son was a baby. Not when I was pregnant, but when he was a baby. I like dill pickles with blue cheese dressing and hot sauce.

I Think i might try the potato with the egg and the spaghetti and cottage cheese.
I like apple butter in my plain yogurt. I've also been known to mix in rhubarb chutney instead. I also like fresh avocados with roasted beets together as a salad.

I put cottage cheese on my spaghetti (gives it a lasagna flavor)
I mix whole berry cranberry sauce with yogurt
I like peanut butter stirred in vanilla ice cream
probably lots of other food combos that some may consider 'odd'

I don't think this is weird either. I've had a baked potato, scrambled egg, and roasted pepper breakfast before. It's really good!
I wanted potatoes and eggs this morning but I did not want to cook potatoes in oil so I baked a potato and cooked an egg medium. I then put egg and popped the egg yolk over the potato, added a dab of smart balance to potato first, then salt and peppered it. Yum! what weird thing have you eaten?
