I lost 115 pounds with WW and have been a lifetime member for years... I've been through many of the changes in the program with the points over the last 10 years. I do NOT care for Points Plus. I had a very hard time eating according to my fitness level needs on Momentum as it was and I felt PP was steering people away from carbs somewhat. I am still going once a month to WI and maintain my status as LT but I am no longer following the program. SP helped me lose my last 10 pounds and has kept me accountable and doing well with nutrition... all for Free with a great support network with all the resources and people!

Hey guys! I did weightwatchers, and on the momentum plan I lost 80 pounds. I switched to the points plus plan and I am maintaining my weight pretty well, but I also track calories and fitness on sparkpeople. I have heard that some people are having trouble losing with the new plan, so I think that it is good that you two are doing what works for you.

I have given up on Weight Watchers and switched to Sparkpeople.

I love the price and tracking is so convenient and I was often hungry on WW.

Once I switched to this plan I was struggling with not incorporating enough carbs, perhaps the WW plan did not give me enough carbs. Also, I like how the reports break down the important food groups.

tell me whats going on with the new ppplan for you, I went back to momentum...never too late but 7lbs later.
