I find the biggest contributor for me to weight fluctuation is that when I eat out a lot (like when we travel) there's a lot higher sodium content and most of what I appear to gain (or not lose) is water.. and it comes off pretty rapidly when I get home and back to my normal routines. I also find when I am busy and don't drink my 8 glasses of water I gain some too...
Hang in there and don't get discouraged!

Well today was weigh in for me. Gain again. Was gone for 4 days and got out of my routine. Back on track this morning. Just wish I could loss more weight
