I know how nerve wrecking it is to use weights, I avoided that side of the gym for a year before touching weights..


Feels great to play with the big boys LOL

That's awesome. I love lifing weights, makes me feel strong and powerful. Plus it doesn't hurt that it helps rev your metabolism. :) Keep it up!
