dropped another half a pound this past week.

it's slowed down a bit as I am adjusting my nutrition by trying new recipes, fitness routines, etc.

Good news, I lost 2 1/2 pounds last week. Now I have lost some more. I am proud of my hard work. For all of those who were like me, slow to lose weight there is hope. Be encouraged.
