I gained this week but I know it didnt help me that I went home and ate out most of the weekend! My goal for this week is to stay on track I am going out of town again but I know I can be strong and stay with it!

When I step on the scale again I will have lost weight!!

I"m a happy camper. I lost 1 1/2 lbs this week. I'm so happy. I did work my butt off and I deserve it but still , it came off. Praise the Lord.
