I have struggled with losing weight for years, and for the first time I am actually seeing results. I have changed my workout by incorporating more strength training and I am drinking lots more water. The results after 2 weeks is great! I feel great and have lost 2 inches around my hips, and inch and a half around my waist, and I have also lost 2 pounds! I feel great and am loving the results! Keep up the hard work everyone!!!
