It has been awhile since I have been on. How is everyones goals coming along? I am just now getting back into the swing of things, school has really taken a lot of time away from me! Hope everyone is doing great!

I think for me it has more to do with a healthy diet. I have always been a fairly active person. I enjoy working out and playing sports!

Congrats, you are really doing good, and you sound an UP person. Exercise and diet can do that for you Uh?

I have struggled with losing weight for years, and for the first time I am actually seeing results. I have changed my workout by incorporating more strength training and I am drinking lots more water. The results after 2 weeks is great! I feel great and have lost 2 inches around my hips, and inch and a half around my waist, and I have also lost 2 pounds! I feel great and am loving the results! Keep up the hard work everyone!!!
