First of all, welcome home!

Next, you CAN change your focus. Please check out the Sparkteams for others who can help you on your way. Be especially active in your team class (of those who joined the same week that you did). emoticon

I HAD to come back to this place after a couple yrs. I have to get whipped into shape. I am very desperate. I have a very doable homework assignment from my doctor. I got to lose 6 lbs by Oct 14. I know I can do it. I have done it before. If I got motivated, I could lost that X 3! I know I can. I just cant get moving. I am (I guess) pre diabetic. I have to act now!!! I called the Diabetes association but they say I am normal. My doctor says they changed it all so people can have time to change their diets, its like a caution light before it turns red. UGH. Not sure what my numbers were but I had a 5.4. She says its pre diabetic.

Have A Blessed Day
