Three weeks with SPARKPEOPLE and down 9 pounds!!
I didn't think I could do it and I havent gave it my best efforts yet and I saw results!
I am so excited!
Now I am going to really apply myself and see what happens in the next three weeks.
I need to lose at least 150.
Anyone who has lost 150 or more or is working on it, please add me.
